Wemanity Group is a consultancy specializing in agile transformation and innovation, delivering engineering expertise to large-scale clients across France. During my tenure, the company was acquired by Reply, a European tech group with over 15,000 employees, an experience that gave me direct exposure to M&A dynamics, cultural integration, and the engineering challenges that come with organizational transitions. As a Full-Stack Software Engineer (March 2022 – March 2024), I was deployed on a long-term mission at METRO France, one of the country's largest wholesale distribution networks, where I contributed to building and scaling digital products across 93 warehouses nationwide.

Client Mission: METRO France

Over two years at METRO France, I led the standardization of the technology stack across products, introducing TypeScript, React, Node.js, and GraphQL as shared foundations, and contributed to cloud-native infrastructure with GCP and Kubernetes. A key delivery was an employee bonus management product deployed across all 93 warehouses, replacing spreadsheet-based workflows with a reliable, auditable digital solution. This mission resulted in an 80% acceleration in product creation cycles and a measurable reduction in staff turnover.

Knowledge Sharing & Engineering Culture

Alongside client delivery, I actively participated in Wemanity's internal culture of knowledge sharing, contributing to workshops, internal events, and a technical bootcamp that deepened expertise in modern engineering practices and agile methodologies. This reinforced my ability to communicate technical decisions clearly across diverse teams and to align engineering work with broader business goals.
